Zonanesia - Pierce The Veil adalah sebuah band yang bergenre Post-hardcore, experimental rock, progressive rock, dan emo, dan berasal dari San Diego, California, Amerika Serikat. Dibentuk pada tahun 2006, oleh dua saudara yaitu Vic Fuentes dan Mike Fuentes. Pada awalnya mereka membentuk band dengan nama "Early Times" pada tahun 1998. Rekaman pertama mereka berjudul No Turning Back, sebuah rilis 11 lagu yang cepat beredar melalui adegan lokal, mendarat mereka konser pertama mereka dan menandai awal kehidupan mereka sebagai musisi haus dan bersemangat. Rilis ini segera diikuti oleh, lagu 4 untitled EP. Menyusul keberhasilan relatif dari rilis ini, band ini merekam lain Akar EP berjudul Roots Beneath Ideals, dan terus membangun basis penggemar mereka menjadi dasar yang kuat. EP ini akhirnya berhasil masuk ke tangan pemilik label rekaman Steve Reddy Records Visi Equal, yang menandatangani mereka tak lama setelah melihat mereka melakukan pertunjukan kampung di San Diego. Berbekal kontrak rekaman pertama mereka hanya keluar dari sekolah tinggi, mereka merilis album pertama mereka label utama A Celebration of an Endingdengan nama band baru: Before Today, yang merupakan judul sebuah lagu dari album No Turning Back.Perubahan nama ini merupakan hasil dari masalah hak cipta pada "Early Times" nama asli.Album ini berisi rekaman ulang dari 3 lagu dari Roots Beneath IdealsEP dan tercatat sebesar DoubleTime studio di El Cajon, California, dengan produser Jeff Forrest.
Saat ini mereka beranggotakan oleh :
- Vic Fuentes - lead vocals, rhythm and lead guitar, keyboards
- Mike Fuentes - drums, percussion, backing vocals
- Tony Perry - lead guitar
- Jaime Preciado - bass, backing vocals
Setelah band Early Times bubar kemudian mereka membuat band baru yang bernama "Pierce The Veil" pada tahun 2006. Dengan nama yang baru mereka merilis album debut mereka, yang bertajuk "A Flair for Dramatic" pada 2007 dibawah label Equal Vision Records. Dan disusul album kedua mereka yaitu Selfish Machines pada tahun 2009.
Hingga saat ini Pierce The Veil telah mengeluarkan 3 album studio yaitu :

- Album Collide with the Sky (2012)
